Neil has more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry.
Lon is responsible for coordinating manpower, including superintendents, foremen, apprentices, laborers and equipment operators. He oversees all field operations, ensuring that projects are executed safely and completed within schedule and budget requirements. Lon has more than 30 years of experience in commercial concrete construction.

Scott is responsible for cost estimating, cost management, cost studies on materials and methods of construction, and value engineering. Scott has more than 12 years of experience in concrete construction estimating and project management.
